Ujjwal Ramtekkar, MD, MBA, CPE is a physician executive, healthcare strategist and operator who partners with founders, investors, and leadership teams to build and scale clinically differentiated healthcare companies. His experience spans executive leadership across payer, provider, digital health, and value-based care organizations, with expertise in behavioral health, healthcare AI, virtual care, employer health, and clinical operations.

He advises on product strategy, clinical validation, care model design, medical affairs, reimbursement and regulatory strategy, helping companies navigate the path from early product development to enterprise adoption and scalable growth. He completed psychiatry residency at Washington University in St. Louis and fellowship at Harvard Medical School, and holds an MBA focused on healthcare operations and a MPE focused on population health strategy, bringing a unique combination of clinical, operational, and commercial perspectives to healthcare innovation.
